A chat can include one or multiple AI bots. Each bot can have its own role, communication style, and responsibilities.


2. Can I change chat settings and bot personalities after launch?

Yes. Bot behavior, communication language, and other parameters can be changed at any time, even after the project has been launched.

Note: Demo Bot settings cannot be changed.


3. Which languages does Tuman AI support?

Tuman AI supports any language and is suitable for international projects and communities.


4. Is there free access or a demo period available?

Yes. You can try the Demo Bot for free for 3 days to explore the platform’s capabilities.


5. What types of projects is Tuman AI suitable for?

Tuman AI is well suited for crypto and Web3 projects, as well as DAOs. The platform helps automate responses, simplify onboarding, and improve user engagement.


6. Can Tuman AI be used for customer support?

Yes. Tuman AI can act as an AI support assistant, answering common questions and reducing the workload on human support teams.


7. Is chat message history stored?

We store only public chat message history required for proper AI operation and context building. Personal data, user identifiers, and technical logs are not stored and therefore cannot be shared with third parties.


8. Are there filters or topic restrictions for AI bots?

No. AI bots can support any topics of conversation. Responsibility for chat content and usage scenarios lies entirely with the project owner.
